My career has includes over 14 years of human resources management and project management in retail industry. Now, I also run my coaching practice providing services across the world both in English and in Serbian languages.

Philosophy

I am committed to my client’s higher purpose and working with people honoring their natural creativity, resourcefulness, and inner light.

My clients are experts in their lives, complete human beings, they know all the answers, and are capable of far more that they imagine. I help them discover their strengths and passion and build on them.

I bring to my coaching my support, empathy, intuition, insights, experience, knowledge, and belief in people’s unlimited potential.

I pursue my goal to see my clients being confident and independent implementing new ways of thinking, new behaviors and habits by the completion of the coaching relationship.

Guiding Principles

My coaching approach is based on the fundamental guiding principles such as:

  • the coach strictly adheres to standards of ethical conduct
  • the coach involves the client at every step of the coaching process, by inviting the client to define their situation, determine their needs and wishes, explore options, and develop solutions for success
  • the coach is ready to explore issues beyond of the client’s and own zone of comfort for the sake of the client
  • the coach honors privacy and asks for permission to coach the client in sensitive, new idea areas – what we call stretch in coaching – and to go outside the client’s comfort zone
  • the coach helps the client move from the general to the specific, connect potential options to core organizational and personal values linking every step to their goals, wants, or needs.
